How much will be the 4-inch iPhone 7c 2016 (iPhone 6c) in USA, Europe or Asia?

We know that some rumors say that Apple will be released new 4-inch's model iPhone 6s in March or iPhone 7c in September. If it will be true, lots of iPhone 5c owners (or iPhone 5S) want to know - how much will be new iPhone in USA, Europe or Asia. We interesting because some rumors from Chinese home pages leaked that price will be started at $500 unlocked version. Others Youtubers leaked that price in USA will be at $600. We speak about 16GB storage.

iPhone 6C 16GB.... I think Apple will released their iPhone 6c (or iPhone 7c) with same price like iPhone 5c in 2013.
