Today Jailbreak 7.0.4 Evasi0n7 tool was released. You can install it now for free. Download links for Mac OS X and PC you can find Updated bundled Cydia, now double checking hfs modifications (for the iPad Mini Retina Cellular reboot loop issue). This version have complete support for iOS 7.1 Jailbreak Beta 3.

Don’t forget. If you have idevice with iOS 7.0.4 OTA - You MUST BackUp + Restore your iOS 7. You can download evasi0n7 1.0.3 directly from here.
