Unfortunately, because Apple patched a number of the exploits utilized by the evasi0n jailbreak utility, it’s not currently possible to jailbreak the iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPad 4, iPad 3, iPad 2, iPad mini or the iPod Touch 5G on 6.1.3. Jailbreak 6.1.3 work only on iPhone 4, 3Gs and iPod Touch 4G.
