Step 1: Update Firmware to the latest version iOS 7.1.1 using iTunes.

Step 4: Connect your iOS 7.1.x device in to your computer’s USB port.
Step 5: Double click on the Pangu icon to launch the application on your windows.

Step 13: Continue when to confirm the launch of the application, keep the device connected and do not close the app, it will reboot and cydia icon will appear
